Rockets All-Star Squad Coaches

The 2005-2006 Tumble Town Rockets All-Star Cheer Squad is coached under the direction of Callita Gullion and Alicia Brewer, and assisted by Mark and Tina Sherrill. Mark and Tina joined Tumble Town in 2005 and have assisted with All-Star Squad coaching ever since, check out their experienced bio's in the sections below.

Mark Sherrill, Assistant Coach

Mark was a member of the Co-ed Varsity Cheer Squad for two years while attending Jeffersonville High School, in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Mark is a former NCA Nationals Individual All-American while competing at the Co-ed Varsity NCA Nationals at Jeffersonville High School. Mark is also a former NCA Instructor. Mark is a former Jeffersonville High School Cheer Coach for the freshman, Junior Varsity and Co-ed Varsity squad, which included a 3rd place NCA National Co-ed squad finish with several squad members placing in the top five at the individual NCA Nationals level. While coaching at the High School level, he helped prepare eight senior squad cheer members to then cheer at the college level at the University of Kentucky, University of Louisville, Indiana University and Purdue University. Mark has hosted several cheer clinics in Jeffersonville as well as hosted competitions while at Jeffersonville High School.

Tina Sherrill, Assistant Coach

Tina started dance and gymnastics at age five and competed until age 15 at the Simmonds Dance Studio and Gym in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Tina was a member of the Jeffersonville High School Varsity Gymnastics Team for two years and cheered from elementary through high school. Tina has competed at the National Level (ICF, UCA & NCA) individually and co-ed. Tina is a former Jeffersonville High School Cheer Coach for the freshman, Junior Varsity and Co-ed Varsity squad, which included a 3rd place NCA National Co-ed squad finish with several squad members placing in the top five at the individual NCA Nationals level. While coaching at the High School level, she helped prepare eight senior squad cheer members to then cheer at the college level at the University of Kentucky, University of Louisville, Indiana University and Purdue University. Tina has hosted several cheer clinics in Jeffersonville as well as hosted competitions while at Jeffersonville High School. Tina is a former judge for Rising Star Competitions and has choreographed many routines from Pee Wee through High School levels.
